I stopped there on Monday to make an appt. for friday 1-31-25 at eleven o'clock to have an oil change and tire rotation. The manager was very nice, said he had the oil in stock and would order the filter. The cost would be 120 dollars I arrived there on Friday, 1-31-25 at 1045 and was ignored for about fifteen minutes. The manager came in , asked my name and got on computer. After about ten minutes I asked if something was wrong. He said he had to order the oil and it would take a little while. I knew it would be at least thirty minutes but I was willing to wait because my car needed service. He took my keys and I asked if the quoted price was still the same, $120 dollars. He said no, it was $175 dollars. I took my keys back and left. I thought I had found a new place close to home to have my vehicles serviced. I was wrong I will drive the additional thirty miles in the future, just like I did before this place opened. I will never go back and I will inform my neighbors of...

From the minute I walked through the door and was greated by the lovely Ashley, to the moment I departed, I was treated like a VIP. Roy did a fantastic job of helping me choose the best tires at the best price for my GMC Denali. However, during the installation one of my rims was damaged beyond repair. But like I told the technician, "Shit happens. You can't sweat the small stuff ". The Manager Nick assured me the rim would be replaced at no charge to me. Afterwards Nick went with me for a ride to insure I was satisfied. 100%. The facility is huge and very clean. Plenty of parking. Plenty of indoor seating while you wait. Even better, there is a coffee shop and a few restaurants within walking distance in the same Shopping Center. We are new to the area and state and my mother unfortunately ran over a nail and it caused her front passenger tire to go flat. We were so lucky that there was a Mavis right down the street from our house and we went right away. The entire crew at the shop were so wonderful and so incredibly helpful. I know a good amount about tires and when I was putting air back in her tire to get us there I was sure but not 100% that her tire had dry rot. I cannot thank this team enough for being so honest with us and let us know that all her tires were dry rot, I had them replace all the tires and this crew did it in record timing. I wish I had written down all their names because this team is FANTASTIC! On the receipt all I have is Operator Number as 21851. When I need to replace the tires on my Camry I am coming to this location. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much for your professionalism...
