St John Golf Course — Local services in St. John

Zoom in on the pic from my Delta flight from LAX to GEG, spotted St. John and snapped this great view of this cute little town. Loved this course and the beautiful, scenic small town in the Palouse it is. QR code to pay was super easy and convenient…and a sweet deal it is! Very well kept 9-hole course. I enjoyed an early morning drive from the south end of the valley and it was so worth…time slows down when you’re in the country. Go enjoy a round and maybe a bite to eat in the town...

What a fantastic find: excellent 9-hole course, $18 for all day play, carts available for a fee but easily walkable, easy-play with wide fairways, no water hazards and only one bunker, beautiful mature trees and the course is exceptionally well maintained. The manager is a very friendly guy named Joe; very busy keeping things maintained and in pristine condition. One of the best kept secrets...

What a gem! We stopped in and played 18 with a cart rental for around 30$ and got in 36 holes in under four hours! Pace of play obviously was outstanding with only three or four other groups out on a Saturday. The course is generally on the shorter side, but has somewhat undulating greens that were receptive and rolled very true. We will be back next time...
