USED TO BE GOOD. FOOD HAS DECLINED. SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT SOMEONE SEEMS TO BE DISHONEST? BILL WAS 17.03, PAID BY CREDIT CARD & HANDED THEM A 5.00 CASH TIP. SIGNED RECEIPT FOR 17.03, BUT WHEN THEY RAN THE TOTAL THROUGH THEY ADDED ANOTHER 3.00 TO THE CHARGE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION GIVING THEM A 47% TIP!? I would have loved to comment on the food and service, but after 30 minutes did not receive any service or get to place an order. I did get a peak at some chicken nugget type items as I asked to borrow a chair from another table. That patron was cutting it in half for her children and they were raw, shiny pink raw chicken! She said already waited an hour for their foid. Knowing that it was going to be a very busy day for them it didn't seem like they had prepared for it. The staff was flustered and overwhelmed. The staff was attentive and responsive. Especially the new waitress. 😁 I had to Rialto, Super Duper It was very good had a variety of toppings that made it have a variety of flavors at the same time. It wasn’t messy and falling apart. It was served on a roll rather than in a bun which I think it added to the flavor. I live almost an hour away but it would be worth the trip to have it again.
