Monroe ToGo — Local services in St. Louis

Honestly I have been really excited about trying @Monroe. I’ve heard mixed reviews but nonetheless still drove an hour to try the famous $60 seafood “boil” ! I waited about 15 minutes and my order was ready . There was a lady that walked in as I was about to get my food ; she walked in the kitchen and grabbed gloves . She then checked my food and said it needed more butter . After giving me my pan I walked to the car and realized checked things myself. I had a crab leg cluster missing . And also the egg was missing . The cashier was really nice but the lady who checked it the first time (maybe the owner) had a terrible attitude. She slapped another cluster in the pan and gave the cashier a look . I will say the fried lobster tail was good but soggy because they put it in the same pan as the other food . Literally my first/last time going here. I called ahead they told me food cook time will be my only wait. I went in ordered they told me 30 minutes I came back still no food. I end up getting my food an hour and 45+ minutes later and they constantly gave me excuses every time I came in checking. Then they mixed up/combined my order with a guy that ordered 30 minutes after myself and gave him our orders combined because they assumed we were together and I never seen this man before somehow so that cost me another 20 minutes to get my food. This place is so underrated. It is the best most delicious awesome the customer service is fabulous. I could go on and on, but this is some of the best food I’ve had in my life. I guarantee when you go here you’re gonna have the best experience of your life. It’s totally recommended. It was 100 out of 10. And I drove three hours from Kansas City Missouri to come here and it was totally worth the drive.
