Worst customer service ever. Came here 2/28/25 at 10:30 pm, husband and I had to use their restroom before grabbing something to drink. Asked black gentleman who was mopping the floor where the restroom was, he pointed me to that area. There was an out of order sign on the bathroom door, I told him and he said it’s ok go right ahead. As I came out so my husband could use it, he was in a heated discussion with the man behind the counter who asked my husband if he could read? Really? Husband told him he could read and the other gentleman told us we could use the restroom regardless of the sign and if he didn’t want us using his bathroom just say so. Never again. Having to prepay for gas inside is such a joke. I avoid this place because the line is always long due to this so it's not worth having to grab something quick or get gas. I hope it is fixed soon. This should be a top priority. I also will not prepay inside if I have my kids with me because I am not dragging the entire crew in the gas station to pay for gas. I only go here in emergency situations. I'm surprised that the owners have required you to prepay inside as long as they have, because they are probably losing...

I am a frequent visitor from Ohio and I have always enjoyed stopping in here and spending $$$. Until today. Dear 20 something, cocksure, little girl, I have been buying the same cigarettes for 30+ years and I assure you that I know exactly what I asked for and exactly what I should have gotten. So much for that "southern hospitality." I guess only adults know how to be respectful. I WILL NOT be returning to this...
