Wish I could give zero stars!!! They refuse to pick up the phone, won’t take animals when we try and drop them off saying we have to call first, but again, won’t pick up when we call. Useless service. I understand the place has lots of animals, but these people are supposed to help protect animals, and they won’t even do so much as pick up the damn phone. Absolute disgrace.
