Very professional business! The sales rep helped me a lot with understanding financing and how things work with the companies. When I arrived to pick up my mower, there was a major issue, but the owner of the business was very quick to step in and help out. The whole time I was there, I felt very comfortable, even with the situation being difficult. The company went above and beyond to make sure they did right. Sometimes a simple mistake can make things difficult, but they work hard to get things right and get them done. This kind of service does not happen very often, which is why its great to make purchase from small, local businesses like this. Thank you very much for your help and I will be back for a larger mower in the future when I expand!

Drove 1.5hrs to look at inventory as my Scag Tiger Cub engine had called it quits. My wife and I were trying to decide between a new mower or a replacement engine. Dani, our sales rep was very informative on good options within our price range. Ultimately we chose to replace the engine at this time. I was most appreciative of the fact that there were no pushy sales tactics. She helped us get exactly what we needed, and didn’t try to force a sale. Engines were in stock, and pricing was very competitive. When the time to upgrade comes, we’ll certainly be back! Thanks again!

I gave him my budget and told him what mower I was interested in. When I arrived the mower was out and ready for me to test. I had concerns with the size and he showed me other options. With Julian’s guidance I bought the original one I was interested in, theToro timecutter havoc 54’. Unfortunately, mowing season is almost over and I really want to cut grass now.

I really wanted to like this place.

My first experience was when they wouldn't let me return a part I bought the day before that I no longer needed since the engine it was for turned out to be not worth fixing. It was still like new, nothing wrong, but I can kind of understand their position since a dishonest person might try to return a bad part.

So I gave them another chance. Over the next few months I stopped in several times to buy random little things and then I brought my garden tractor to them after being told they would do a $35 diagnostic and tell me everything that was wrong before going forward with any repair. The first call I received they informed me I owed them for 1.5 hours of labor. They never called first with the diagnostic and asked my permission to do further work. Furthermore Terry claimed they pulled the carb bowl off and it was full of all kinds of gunk making it only run on choke, which is impossible because I had cleaned the carb myself and replaced the fuel filter just days prior to bringing them the machine. Quick up-sell attempt hoping to prey on the uninformed. They did at least do the governor adjustment. Finally, when I picked up the tractor they had damaged the front grill pretty significantly. Terry tried to claim it didn't happen there but I had pictures to prove otherwise. Even then he tried to say he couldn't see it in the picture. I asked for either a new grill or $50. They ended up sending me a check for $30. Not enough for a new grill plus the time and effort to find one (its an older tractor) not to mention I might have wanted to sell the tractor sooner.

The experience was relatively painless once I found out where the office is that takes repair orders. I saw no signs directing me to the rear of the building for this office, so the first time there I wandered around until I found someone to give me some direction on where to go and who to talk to. I had to pay a diagnostic fee upfront which wasn’t a surprise. I was told it would take five to seven business days for them to get back to me and would let me know what repairs needed to be done and how much that would cost. On day six I got a phone call saying the repairs were completed and I could come pick up the mower. No mention was made of repairs made or additional charges so I was somewhat surprised when I arrived to get my mower to find that I had a bill for $141 waiting for me (I figured out later this included the diagnostic fee I had already paid). The person running the service desk asked if the repairs and charges were what I discussed when the technician called. When I replied that there was no conversation regarding repairs or charges, there was no further conversation.

I cranked the lawn mower when I got home and its performance is much improved, so I am satisfied with the quality of the repairs/service rendered. I have no reason to believe the cost of the service is out of line with regard to other repair service centers in our area. The three-star rating is for the OK customer service I got, that could readily be improved by addressing the main defect in customer service - adequate...

My husband has been a loyal customer for many years and has spent well over $25k here. And over the past week the service and utter disrespect he was shown was the final straw. Being charged for things he shouldn't have been, increasing their rate for a rental 50% without telling him until he brought it back, charging him for things wrong with the machine that were no fault of his own (even showed them pictures), double booking him so that when he showed up to pick up a piece of equipment was told that they had rented it to someone else, giving him a piece of equipment without a single drop of gas in it and doing absolutely NOTHING about it. Sunbelt has the exact same piece of equipment for $80 a day less AND includes rental protection. But, because my husband was a loyal customer, he continued to go to this sham of a business. If this is how this place treats their loyal customers, I'd hate to see how they treat someone that hasn't spent as much as we have. Stealing money from hard working people and caring less about doing it is what this business is about. They are a disgrace and I hope that as many people as possible read this review and will not have to learn the same lesson that we've been forced to learn. **my husband had a $500 blower in his hands and was ready to pay for it and after this, he went and put it back. He's taking his business elsewhere. I encourage everyone else to do the same. It's only a matter of time before another loyal customer gets taken...
