So, yesterday we were given directions to a restaurant in Beloit to view a presentation on "savings on utility bills" and get a free dinner for two. Needless to say, we show up to a closed restaurant under renovation. A few minutes later we get a call from a female representative of the company who gives us an address nearby. The directions have us going down an alley in downtown Beloit The ex-cop in me is thinking this is a set up. The address given is for a Mexican restaurant that's totally different from the Italian restaurant initially given. She said the other restaurant is sharing space with the Mexican restaurant and other people are driving around looking for the restaurant, too. We walk in and nobody is around. I yell out, "Hello!" No answer. My wife said she thought she saw someone in back. We walk way back to a small room with a U-shaped table with 12-14 people (all seats are taken). They are watching a video about germs. We are greeted by a man apologizing for the directions problem and said he'll get two more seats. Seeing as there is no more spaces to be seated added to the fact other people will probably be arriving all I said was, "There's no room and appears it was overbooked and this situation has been inappropriately managed and very unprofessional. We're leaving." The company is Home Doctors LLC.

Stopping at the named restaurant under renovation resulted in only a 30 second delay. NO presentation was stopped because of our arrival plus the room was so small there was NO place to be seated at the table otherwise we would have stayed. Someone overbooked for the 4pm seating or they took people they shouldn't have. Please get you facts straight. The planners for this trainwreck bear full responsibility and that's a huge red flag in dealing with the company. Learn from the experience...

AUGUST, 2025 UPDATE TO JOHN, OWNER ...THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR WORKING WITH US TO SETTLE OUR ACCOUNT...YOU ARE A RARE JEWEL AND WE ARE HUMBLY GRATEFUL FOR THE THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION AND PATIENCE YOU AND YOUR STAFF EXTENDED TO US...WE CAN TRULY TELL A DIFFERENCE IN OUR HOME AS A RESULT OF THE PRODUCTS YOU OFFER...I AM DANCING WITH MY THERMASTAT EVEN LESS THAN I LAST STATED.... TO ANONYONE READING MY REVIEW, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO HELP ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SAVE MONEY ON HEATING AND COOLING THEIR HOME👍🏽😄

UPDATE, 4/3/25: TO NICK, TONY, PHIL & ALL SUPPORTING STAFF....

IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 2 MONTHS OR SO SINCE INSTALLATION, AND WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IN OUR HOME WHAT YOU ALL SAID THE PRODUCTS WOULD DO...SINCE INSTALLATIIN WE HAVE NOT HAD TO DANCE WITH OUR THERMASTAT...THE HOUSE HAS BEEN COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT....THE LAST 10 DAYS OR SO, MY SYSTEM HAS BEEN IN THE "OFF" POSITION AND WE HAVE BEEN WARM AT NIGHT WITH OUTSIDE TEMP BEING IN HIGH 30'S TO LOW 40'S AND AS HIGH AS 81° DURING THE DAY ( FULL DISCLOSURE: USED SMALL ELECTRIC HEATER OR CEILING FAN ON "LOW" OCCASIONALLY), BUT THAT IS STILL CHEAPER ON THE BUDGET THAN TURNING SYSTEM ON !!! WE ARE STILL VERY PLEASED WITH OUR INVESTMENT AND THE SERVICES OF HOME DOCTORS...👍🏽👌🏼🦋

NICK'S PRESENTATION AT THE RED LOBSTER WAS VERY EDUCATIONAL...TONY (UNDERWRITER) &THE STAFF ARE SOOOO HELPFUL...THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU TO HELP YOU GET THE PDODUCTS INSTALLED THAT YOU DECIDE YOUR HOME NEEDS...NO PRESSURE...PROFESSIONALL, PATIENT AND EFFICIENT...PHIL (VERY BUBBLY PERSONALITY) AND HIS STAFF SEALED AND BLANKETED OUR ATTIC, INSTALLED SOLAR FAN AND RENU AIR/PROBIOTIC UNIT IN A "FEW HOURS", ...OUR HOME IS RETAINING HEAT BETTER AND THE AIR INSIDE OUR HOME IS RESHER & HEALTHIER...GREAT PRODUCTS AND...

Lecture host Nick, gave us the understanding of how we can save money. The products and what they do. And the dinner was delicious. Tony, the man with the figures, that sold us. The total package and the discounts, .very enthusiastic gentleman, explained the payments and when they will start. We signed up for the whole Package, very reasonable with the warranty. Now Ben and Mike, these guys worked so hard in our hot as He_ _ attic, they explained what they were doing, showed us the blanket they installed via pictures and visually, all the sealing of gaps, around junction boxes, and installation of the gable fan and the solar panel to make it work. The fan was working way before they finished. These young men definitely did not stop long, only for cool air and ice cold water. They did an excellent job, and replaced bathroom ceiling vent cover, I am very pleased with their sweaty determination to complete the job. These 2 installers definitely Ben and Mike deserve hazardous pay for working in heated areas, or at least a sizeable raise. Thank you all at Home Dr. Now to see if what was told to us will help us spend less on heating and a/c. ( only in a years time. Andrea and I, Josef Plavick are happy...
