I bought a Lazy-Boy chair from clippards and when they delivered it, I noticed that the whole structure of the chair was made of OSB board. I went back to the store to the sales person that sold me the chair (John Russell) to just get a number for Lazy-Boy, he was busy at the loading dock with a delivery and I noticed Mr Clippard was on the phone. I waited for either John to get a free moment or Mr. Clippard to finish his phone call. After about 10 minutes Mr. Clippard got off the phone and the lady behind the counter told him that I needed to speak to him and he told the lady that he didn’t have time to talk to me and he got on the phone and called John to come and speak to me. John came and Explained that Lazy-boy had changed about 10 years ago on how they were making the chair now and not to worry about it, because if anything happens it has a lifetime warranty on it. I told John thank you for his time, but I would not ever buy anything else here. If Mr. Clippard didn’t have time to talk to a customer then I don’t have the time to shop...

We have bought bed room furniture, lazy boy Rocker chair’s and a whole set of bed mattress twice and there products last for a very long time if you take care of them . The first set of mattress lasted for over 24 yrs . Just great loving people that will do there best to save you on what they can . Great place to shop for your home .They will not hassle you or push you in to anything. They just listen to you and leave it up to you when you show them or tell them what you are looking for .If they do not have it they can probably get it for you threw one of there companies they work threw so ask them .Thank you for great...

We are more than pleased with our recent purchase of La-z-boy furniture from Clippard’s. They gave us a comparable price to other places we had looked but their customer service was above and beyond. Rhonda and John were very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right furniture in the right fabric for our home. They even let us take fabric samples home to make sure the furniture would look good in our home. The delivery men assembled the furniture showing us how to take it apart should we need to move it.
