Wouldn’t go back to this place, went to buy oil and a filter after buying these purchases went and put filter on that she gave us put on are vechcial and changed oil after cleaning up we notice are motor was makin a funny sound and all oil on the ground and ended up given us the wrong filter this was Friday and by the time we was the time they had close so we ended up goin to advanced to get more oil and another filter! Well today we went down to get us a refund and she try to say it was are fault should have checked the part!! Mam your the one that gave us the part and said that’s the right part wouldn’t refund us for the oil that was 34 bucks just the 7 dollars for the filter! She’s the one that gave us the wrong filter should have got the oil too we had pic of the oil on ground! She try to say it’s are fault😒 she made the mistake but we aren’t goin back to that place ever!! So be careful when ordering stuff there she might give ya the wrong one! After we showed her what came off the vechcial of the part she then replied rudely that shouldn’t have came off your vechical!! It called for something else explorer and pickup are two diffrent parts!’ If she would have refunded us for oil there wouldn’t be an issue but there was so lost...

I called this business at 10 to 5 ask did they have a part she said yes but told me she closes at 5 even though the website says 5:30 I I told her I was less than 1/2 ofa mile away I pulled up at their door at 4:55. All lights wereo but door was locked. I went to their garage door and ask if they could put on a thermostat they said no booked till oct 8th. I explained that it was an emergency and I could pay whatever they didn't care as they closed the garage door I went to my truck in the door looking at me was a blonde female she just turned around like I wasn't even there. Hard to miss a 16' box truck very unprofessional I feel sorry for whoever owns...

Well I don't really know how to start off , I took my car here to have an wheel Alignment done. I was told I needed front coil springs , Inner tie rods and a idler arm , & Pitt arm, Well took it for a second opinion and a Third, both places told me , Front shocks,idler arm ,and center link ,and sway bars end links, 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

2 out of 3 got it rite, And let's not forget they also charged me $43 to grease the chassis, Then I find out some of the ORIGINAL OME PARTS DIDNT HAVE THE GREASE VALVES and the inner tie rods they couldn't get a grease gun on,( needed the L Nippels , so I paid all that to hit 2 spots ball joints, And I will...
