Rob is amazing! We are on an acre with several buildings and had what I thought was an impossible situation. He made life simple by networking my computers, upgrading my laptops, sharing drives between computers, setup a shared database for my automotive business point of sale system to be used on multiple computers, setup my networked security video cameras (I can even view them on my phone!), extended my network coverage to eliminate deadzones, made sure my private system was private and public WiFi public, got all our passwords for each user on all programs/computers to be the same, and even spoke to Comcast for me (worth it's weight it gold right there!), etc... When all was said and done, he left a detailed map/outline of what was done so we would have all our passwords and things. Very professional as well, he was working in my lobby with my customers. I had no worries...

I had a computer that was locked up due to too many incorrect passwords. I searched the internet for someone to unlock it. It seemed that most of the links brought up on my other computer were not going to be compatible with my needs, and wanted to do work remotely. I called Rob and arranged a time for him to work on it. Since I live 130 miles away in Oregon, it was nice that he could squeeze my little job on short notice. He actually finished before I had completed my Costco run. I recently moved from out of state, and purchased a new laptop computer so I could let my son have the older one.
