Star Feed Seed and Hardware — Local services in Star

This feed (Fiber Nutrena) is very important for some of our equines. It's hard to find. Star feed store carries it and we have someone who brings us a month's supply at the beginning of the month. She is sick and hasn't made the 45 mile trip here. I had a trip planned to pick up some donated tack in that area and decided to stop on the way home. However, Star feed store is closed Wednesday afternoons! I obviously didn't know this. Oh no....We're almost out of this feed! The owner happened to be there and when he came out he asked if I needed help. I explained the situation and...He opened the store just for me to buy the Fiber feed! Now that's customer service!! They carry all kinds of farm supplies and have used saddles on consignment. If you're in the area please stop there and at least look around. It's hard to be a mom n pop store now a days!
