I purchased a sofa sleeper, love seat and ottoman from this company. It arrived and immediately I could see problems with workmanship. Thankfully, I was working with a wonderful furniture store who came to look at my concerns and dealt with Lancer separately . After an attempt to fix the issues, but only making matters worse, they replaced the furniture. Issues: material was fraying The back of both large pieces, had no backing so the material dimpled and hung funny. The bed in the sofa pretty much touched the floor causing scratches. The lines in the arms were crooked. After the new furniture arrived it was much better, however not to the standard I would have expected for the money I paid. After just a few months, wear is already evident in how the cushions sit. Doesn’t give me hope for the life of this furniture. I expect that when I buy furniture, it will last at least a decade especially since I no longer have small children. I don’t see that being...

We're first time customers & just received 2 #8100 couches and couldn't be happier. The quality craftsmanship, attention to finish detail & quality of fabric are the best of any furniture company we've ever bought from over the years. We were thrilled to have our local dealer introduce us to this wonderful manufacturer that they've carried for 40+ yrs with minimal customer issues, all of which have always been addressed promptly by Lancer which is why we chose this brand. So many furniture operations have been taken over by bigger companies & end up not being the same quality as in the past. It's so refreshing to know that they're employing local people and have maintained their integrity & not sold out. Quality over quantity is always the best practice & Lancer has that dialed in. I will not EVER buy anything from these people. Pretty stuff, sure, but I haven't seen my couch since January 19, when it was picked up to send to the factory to correct a very messy skirt. Having done this sort of work, I can say that, if fixing the problems took more than three hours, I'd fire the guy doing it for taking an hour-long break. If you buy from these people, be certain to go over their work extremely carefully because the work I saw was slip-shod at best. I will never buy anything...
