I've been a DSP gal for well over a year and a half now and I'm not going anywhere! The clothes is high-quality, versatile, and hand picked for the best of all boutique brands that are on trend which is very important for every gal. However, my loyalty comes from their customer service team. Don't get me wrong, everyone is friendly and the lives are so much fun, but their customer service team has really raised the bar for me personally when compared to others. The turnaround response time is always within a few hours. I'm a picky shopper who on a few occasions has experienced buyers remorse (who hasn't) but the DSP customer service team NEVER gave me a hard time or made me feel like difficult customer. On two occasions, I overlooked the policy and they kindly honored my request with a 1x exception (ea separately aligned within the policy). I personally feel that there is nothing they wouldn't do for their customers and this is why I am a ride or die customer. I appreciate the FB community they built for us shoppers and the ongoing engagement they offer in that very platform. You can see how much they care for their customers and that's important to me.

I have shopped with Deep South Pout since they took over Unicorn Tribe. When I first became a DSP member I wasn’t quite sure how I was going to like them. I wasn’t a fan of the clothing , but I loved their southern drawl. Made me feel like I was back home in AR again. I stuck it out with them cause they were willing to bring us UT members into their boutique and allow us to become a part of their family. Long story short I am so glad I hung around cause they sure are a great group of pools. They have excellent clothing, great prices, awesome sales, $5 shipping for 12 hours, and amazing customer service!!! I could go on and on but the main thing is you need to check them out! Deep South Pout is a wonderful company. They work hard to bring the best quality of clothing and accessories to offer to us, and they have the absolutely “best customer service” that you will find anywhere!!! I’ve been a customer for over 10 years! They have become like extended family to me!❤️ I absolutely love watching their daily LIVES.
