Horrible people. I stopped having an account with them and my alarm started going off at 1am with two sleeping children in the house. I put in the alarm code 15 times, disconnected the battery and it still wouldn’t stop. They wouldn’t help me shut off their defective equipment because I no longer have an account. I’m sure it would take 5 minutes of their time to tell me how to shut it off but instead they’d rather have me suffer just out of spite because I canceled my account with them. They are crooks! We used Alarm South for many years up until my car accident but could no longer afford service until I settled my accident cases. Anyway, we recently received a ridiculous $1200 quote for service and declined. We now use ADT and pay $53 monthly with includes financing our equipment and monthly monitoring service. Alarm South wanted us to pay almost double for the equipment and then wanted two installments of $600 and I believe it was $45 or $49 per month for monitoring service. Anyway, we declined and...
