After Easter this year I bought a dinosaur for a gift. The front leg of the dinosaur snapped off. I contacted the company and they informed me they could not assist with this that it was the problem of the company they buy from. Of course I contact the company they buy from only to be told they can not be responsible for items they sell to other businesses because those businesses damage the product from time to time. $30 plus w/s&h with nothing to show for it but a broken dinosaur and a disappointed child. The customer service is outstanding and very personable. You don't have to jump through hoops or automated systems to get in contact with a representative. You can tell it's a family run business.
