I went to a department store jeweler first, then a friend recommended Discovery. From the time I walked in the door, until I picked up my ring the entire experience was awesome. Chip took the time to sit down with me and design an engagement ring that was perfect. Never once did I feel like I was being “Sold” something, and his knowledge about diamonds was second to none. I was even more pleased to learn they do all their own work and my ring would never leave their store. My fiancé was stunned by the ring and has received multiple compliments on it already. This all may sound expensive, but their price was better than a department store and the quality doesn’t even compare. Went there for a watch sizing. Literally could of done it myself had they handed me the tool to do so. They said the guy who could do it was busy while I waited 15 mins to see him just standing next to a sales associate helping the customer. There was also a couple he was supposed to be assisting in front of me. My issue isn't with the waiting. My issue is that I was told it would be about an hour, then told to come back the next day, for a simple task that any of the 6 other people in there could have done in seconds. Went to Kay's in the mall and was in and out in literally three minutes.
