Absolutely ridiculous… I waited for 14 hours to get loaded on the first load that I got here. When they kept lying to me telling me oh it will just be a couple more hours and you’ll be loaded. At 14 hours the they cancelled the load and I got stuff with a worthless 200 TONU regardless of the 14 hours that I waited. Then if you could imagine my horror when my dispatcher sent me another load to pick literally from the very place I had just been waiting 14 hours to get loaded. At the time I’m writing this review I have been sitting here for 32 hours waiting to get loaded. This nice guy came out about 2130 to tell me he’s getting ready to load me and it’s now 0120 and slowly but surely they are managing to load the 36000 lbs of fresh pork bound for Iowa. This is after time and again the broker, my dispatch team and I asking for updates and every time it was the same. Worst experience with lineage logistics I’ve ever had. I was dropping off a load and picking up from the same facility. Got here early for my 9:00 am appointment at 8:15. Didn’t start unloading me until 12:30. Finished at 1:23 and had me move to another door to load me. Around 6:00 the office called and said all good to go but didn’t give me a green light. I called back and said I still had a red light and they had the audacity to say they never called and said that my load was done. Then personally walked out to the truck and said they misplaced a pallet and had to unload the whole trailer. Finally got out of there at 8:30 pm. The people in the office have no idea what they are doing. multiple problems from them. Absolutely no team work and no communication with the workers. Just pure laziness and had an excuse for everything. Now I have to drive all the way to make my 4:00 am delivery. This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did they load me 25.5 hrs b4 my appointment,(which was totally unexpected) they were very efficient at doing so considering all the trucks there being loaded/unloaded. An extremely clean and organized environment. They even provide what every driver looks for when he/she is tired or low on hours... Overnight parking. It’s a huge lot with easy maneuverability getting to and from docks. Electronic check in/check out made so easy that my 5th grade kid could do in just a couple of mins. Lastly, the very beautiful young lady in the office is so professional, helpful and respectable that makes one feel like a real truck driver again because I’m sure that you all can attest that professionalism towards drivers is almost a lost art.
