Over the past five years we have furnished several rooms with furniture and we’re always pleased up until now! We purchased a loveseat and couch from here, noticed it was peeling as we were loading it up to bring it home. The owner told us they would fix it and give us a store credit. Communication was awful, and finally when we had to take it back to be fixed, no store credit was given and they forgot to have the middle piece repaired! Over a year and a half later, we have no middle back piece, they haven’t contacted us one single time, we have called and begged to have it finished so that we would have a complete loveseat! The owner told us to come pick it up today, still not fixed because they don’t have the same fabric anymore or can’t find it! Told us to find fabric to match and then it could be fixed! If a furniture store can’t match the fabric then who can? We have sent multiple people to them for business, never again! If they could not have fixed it, they should have at least tried to make it right! It’s a shame that they didn’t try to make this right, this was our first place to visit when we needed...

Prices were good, service was good, delivery sucked for half of it. One of the delivery guys was awesome, kind, and empathetic, the other rude, brash, and took no pride in his job, rushed and forced my sofa into the place, between my door frame, causing a small rip and tear in the back of the sofa, at the bottom. Was told by the decent one, I'd get store credit or some money off, he took pictures of the damage, that was a month and few weeks ago. I've made a few phone calls AND still no credit or money off. I kept getting told it was turned in and they were waiting for a reply, via email, who are they waiting for, I questioned myself. still no call backs about my discounts or credit for my piece of furniture being abused and forced...

A place for affordable furniture ,with a knowledgeable yet non pushy sales staff that is honest , upfront, and willing to answer questions. When delivery was made the deliver guys were careful , and more than willing to install corecctly. This store stands behind it's products to any reasonable degree of sane people . If it is furniture , pillows , appliances or even a quality tumbler or water bottlecit can be found here . You might even ask about ways to lose weight .
