Went to the store for a igniter. I had the old part with me. I showed the part to one of the store associates and he assisted me. He went to the cabinet got the part and took it to the cashier. I paid and left, . Driving down the street stopped at the light I looked at the part and noticed it was not the right part. I turned around and went right back to return the part and was told that the part was not returnable. I was never told that from no one when I purchased it nor where there any thing posted. The young lady call the manager and explained I had just left. The manger open the part and took it out. When she took it out she was holding the element and I informed her that she was handling the igniter wrong . That's when she said she can't return it and it says it on the receipt. The only way you get the receipt is you have to pay. I call the corporate office and they called the store manager and she told them that her associates explain to me before I purchase that the part could not be returned. That was a fat lie. I feel bad for the young man that gave me the part because he keep saying he didn't know like he was going to get into...
Read moreAm giving such low rating here. Why? Ok I'm so proud to be Mexican olive skin toned. Not pale white as every person in the store without an exception. The second i walked in I was being stared from head to toe, I said "hello" as every store I go in and to my shock I was being stared at as a criminal!!! I promise you that. No one replied hi or hello...not even a plain and simple out of courtesy "may I help you?". Nope. I had to approach the counter and even then three people, two young girls and an older woman all white ignored me. Ok its ok I'd say but I asked where could I find something specific again I was ignored though they all three stepped backwards as I was getting closer to the counter. The youngest girl then clicked her keyboard, told me where I could find what I asked I thanked her and as I was walking away I seen how the other girl and older lady looked bad at her. Sadly I was there so short because it made me so uncomfortable yet I saw things I needed but chose to leave with that attitude I...
Read moreI went into get a key made and while standing at the counter two Hispanic gentleman were asking for a certain glass to be cut. An older white man, very unprofessional looking and dirty, was there trying to help them but couldn't understand what they were asking for and another employee walked up and started speaking to them in Spanish. The older white man behind the counter started yelling this is America speak English! The Hispanic gentleman then asked to speak to a manager due to his poor attitude and when calling for one he said what shes right there and shrugged his shoulders. Very rude, racist, and unhelpful to these clients. Being referred to this store by a colleague I will never return to this store nor will I refer anybody here due to this uncalled for and...
