I saw carpeting in a big box store that I liked. I went to BCO and met JB Norton, showed him pictures of what I liked. BCO had carpeting almost identical. I chose the color I wanted. I, also, wanted flooring at entryway and a bathroom. JB helped choose the color, it was perfect! Scheduling the installation was easy, I had plenty of advanced time. Spring break, dogs to a kennel for their vacation. Allen and Mike, the installers, were very nice and professional. I love how the flooring and carpeting looks! They did a great job! I plan on kitchen/laundry and master bath flooring in the near future. I want Allen and Mike to install it. JB to order the same flooring for these rooms! Now, just to set up the time to install and order flooring. I'm very happy with how my floors look and will have Brewer Carpet One...

Bought carpeting, vinyl flooring. Good quality. However, carpet installers tore a big piece off of a closet door and carpeted over the door glides. When I called Brewers they were going to “look at it.” Came back and said their guys didn’t take closet doors off (and they absolutely did) and acknowledged they carpeted over glides. The end. Never came back. They absolutely broke the door and lied about it. But, JB said “I’ve known these guys my whole life.” Well, bucko, they did take the doors off, broke them, lied, and then BROKE the glides which is why they carpeted over them to cover it. Never heard another word and it cost me $400 to have someone else come in and fix the door and the glides. Liars and they owe me $400. Drinking on the job?? Sloppy, shady stuff. Never EVER again. Move on...

I wanted a wood-look vinyl that would withstand abuse. I work outdoors and do not take off my shoes when I come in. I don't track in mud and rocks, but some small debris comes in. The floor had to be pretty and handle the traffic. I found the product I wanted at a fair price. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt my satisfaction with the product and happiness with the end result mattered to him. The service was great. It was a happy experience. The project is not complete in the picture but shows how pretty the floor is. The tile under and behind the woodstove matched really well.
