I went to this sonic a few weeks ago around lunch time, and had a decent sized order so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited about 30 minutes for my order, I then see “Josie is headed your way with your order”, thinking my food is coming I wait a little bit longer, I see car hops passing by handing out orders to people that had gotten there maybe 10 minutes previously, so I hit the red button and let them know how long I’ve been waiting and who it had said was headed my way with my order, a younger girl then said she will come out there, she comes out there a few minutes later and asks me what I had ordered, I let her know and she said they had no ticket with my order and she would go find Josie to ask her. THEN josie comes over, asks what I had (3rd time I’ve been asked this), I told her then said I’ve been waiting around 40 minutes here waiting on my order, she then proceeds to say “Yeah I don’t think you’ve actually been waiting that long but okay” slurring her words the whole time, acting like she can’t even stand up straight. I told her I have been and that I just want a refund at this point bc we were just grabbing some food before a birthday party and are about to be late, I then proceed to pull up by bank account and show her the day and time of the transaction. Which was 44 minutes on the dot since that transaction was made, she looks, rolls her eyes and then asks for my info. She writes down my name and number and says I’ll have a refund by Wednesday in my account, well Wednesday rolls around and no refund. I call the store saying I need a credit card refund, I was told “We don’t do credit card refunds, you have to call this number”, I then call the number I was given and am told “We don’t do credit card refunds those come directly from the store”. So I call the store back and demand to speak to the manager, he’s not there so a message is left. A few days pass and I called a total of 3 times within one week trying to speak to Lonnie the manager. Finally get ahold of him, he asks for the last 4 digits of my card, and my name and says he will “get this to IT to start a refund”. Well it’s now been WEEKS and still no refund. I plan to keep calling until a refund is in my account, but this Sonic is absolutely terrible and I was reminded as to why I only go to the other 2...

Drop the grandkids off with their food and as I am in my way home , youngest grandson calls and says he didn’t get his chicken tenders it’s a burger. I say ok I’ll take care of it. Go directly back and tell them the situation exactly as stated above. Heather says one moment. She comes out and I show her on the menu what we ordered and we got a burger instead of chicken tenders. She ask if I have the burger and I tell her no that all of the food is with my grandsons whom I have dropped off at home, she says ok, let me see what I can do. Manager comes out and I tell him exact story and he asks me if I have the burger. Said no all the food is with my grandsons who I dropped off at their home. I was on my way back home when they called about the order. He says this is what you ordered and he holds up a receipt on the menu board, which I cannot see from the inside of my car. You ordered the Smashburger, the garlic butter, burger, and a foot-long chili cheese coney. I said no we didn’t order a smash burger which is a #1. I said we ordered the chicken tenders #12. Manager asks again, you didn’t order a smash burger? I said no, And he starts to point out the receipt again. I can see at this point in the conversation is going nowhere so I told him never mind that I would go to the other Sonic and order my chicken tenders and that is exactly what I did. I will never visit this sonic on S. Perkins Rd. ever again. Oh, and this order cost me a little over $42. And when I went to the other Sonic on S Main St, it was over $7 just for...
Read moreReally, REALLY tired of not getting either the lime or the cherry in my cherry limeades.... I order through the app so I know for a fact they are supposed to come with the fruit as well as the flavor! Tonight I ordered a cherry limeade with blue coconut added, all I got was blue coconut flavored sprite. .. Had I wanted an ocean water I would have ordered one! My kids drinks were basic, a Dr pepper and a lemonade, so nothing to mess up there... But the 2 burgers we ordered were both cold and dry, no mayo or ketchup at all, and both were missing the lettuce and onions... They were dry af with one tomato slice and a couple of pickles... I used to tip well. My tips have gotten smaller and smaller over the years because of these types of things happening constantly. Especially with the drinks. At this point I am completely done adding tips to my orders at all if they can't get things made correctly and I am going to start sending things back to be remade if this crap...
