We found this store on Facebook marketplace and thought the deals were too good to pass up, so we stopped by to see what they had in stock. We were greeted by a woman named Toby (unsure how to spell the name, sorry), who was initially very kind. She showed us the washer/dryer sets she had in stock and explained that they have a contract with Lowe’s and Home Depot where they take some of their ding & dent inventory that has just been tested and sells them at a deep discount, but that nothing has been used. Along with that, they offered a 30 day refund in case there are any mishaps! With that information, my fiance and I picked one of the newer looking sets with plans to pick it up a few weeks later. Once we picked it up and got it to our new location (over 1.5 hours away in Tulsa) we ran it through the first cycle just to clean it out before use, but we found a ton of debris (looked like some sort of grass) left inside after the first cycle. Confused, we cleaned out the drum and ran it again to see if that fixed it. Nope, more debris. We continued this cycle of cleaning debris for 3 or 4 cycles before we got most of the debris out of the drum and washed our first small load of towels. The towels were mostly clean, so we threw them in the dryer to dry, but we were met with a strong smokey odor after about 5 minutes that filled our entire new home. Obviously, this set was not just “ding & dent” inventory and were clearly used. The next day the store was open (today, 4/1/25) I called and again spoke to Toby on the phone. I told her what happened and that it seemed like the items weren't just ding & dent inventory, that it seemed there was some dishonesty and that I would like a refund, or a partial refund. Toby said she had to stick to her noncash warranty and couldn't provide any refund. I reminded her of what we were told and that it felt like we were lied to, so she said she would talk to her supervisor to see if any partial refund could be given. She called me back about half an hour later and said if we bring in the washer/dryer set, they would have their technician fix it completely and they would give us a loaner in return. Mind you, we are now an hour and a half away in Tulsa and have no reliable means to continuously haul washer and dryer sets. How do we know the loaner will even work? Our current one was supposed to work, and now we can't do laundry for the next week. After speaking with my fiance, we agreed that we would take a swap out, but I let Toby know that I would be posting this review to let people know that these are USED washer and dryers, regardless of what she says! She replied with "I thought they looked like ding & dent inventory, I'm sorry". What???? You can't go off of what something "looks" like when you're running a business, you have to KNOW before telling someone that. If we left our dryer running for too much longer, we might not have a house! So, with all that being said, if you're looking for a USED washer & dryer set, this place has what you're looking for. However, don't believe them whenever they tell you that it's "just ding & dent inventory that's never been used,...
Read moreThis place is awesome. I found them on FB marketplace when looking for a fridge. The prices were good so I drove out to see what was in stock. Lots of options and great prices. 30 day warranty made it a no-brainer. I ended up spending about $500 for a fridge that costs $2999 brand new. They lots of different styles of fridge/freezer/combos, as well as other appliances like washers and dryers. Friendly staff is a bonus. If you need an appliance, this would be the first place I'd check for...
