Terrible business ethics and will not stand behind their mistake.

I worked with a well mannered representative whom was the main window "expert" on design and window selections. However, I was not ready to purchase until recently. I went in and asked for the window representative and was given a "fill in" assistant because the other individual unfortunately wasn't available. I Bought two silver line Anderson windows from this supplier and was given the three week expected delivery timeline.

Windows came in on time and was informed to pick up the windows. When I arrived one of the windows was not in any packaging but didn't think much of it. It turned out that the standard 3.0x5.0 window was ordered backwards as a 5.0x3.0. I informed Stillwater builders immediately and the manager apologized and agreed to get me the right window at no additional cost. Two days later I followed up and asked the status on the window. The same manager said I signed a document stating all measurements were correct and they would not be replacing the window.

Again I plead my case on how they reversed the two measurements, but to no avail.

I am also a business manager and am horrified on how unprofessional and incompetent the complaint was handled.

Stillwater Builders, if you make a mistake own up to it and don't lie and/or attempt to cover the mistake up.

I highly recommend visiting Stillwater Building Center! They offer a wide range of options, all of which are of excellent quality. I’m a OTR truck driver had a load of windows to deliver to Frontier Siding & Windows Stillwater Building Service It’s a lumber yard so the load of windows go to building D. The pictures will show you what I encountered once I backed into their dock. Obviously it had rained sometime prior because the mud hole as soon as you open your driver door speaks for itself. So driver’s I’m letting you know now to have your rubber boots ready!!!! I had to enter thru my passenger door to avoid me having mud up to my ankles!!!! This is very poor...
