Worst customer service ever. I spoke with Stacy today and from that conversation alone I will never use this service! I had a pick up date.. that date past days ago and the dumpster is still at my home, I was very understanding with this situation. I finally got the text someone would pick up dumpster today. At 5:13 I get a text of a picture with one box place in dumpster unevenly that caused box to stand up. Instead of a phone call or a knock on my door, the driver took the time to take a picture and send it to someone else to send it to me!! That is not customer service. I told Stacy MY MOTHER JUST PASSED AWAY and family is coming in town to my home and the dumpster MUST GO! She decided to give me a speech on public safety. I experienced to her I am very emotional again i JUST LOST MY MOTHER on mother's day. Doing the WHOLE conversation Stacy cut me off many times and would not allow me to talk. SHE DID OFFER ME A CREDIT OF $30. I thanked her and ask her to please send someone out ASAP, before my family comes to town. She decided to tell me, I was mad at her, she is not the problem, on and on abt public safety! She finally said she would set up pick up for tomorrow and hung up in my face. I left a review with one star because of that conversation. Stacy then takes it upon herself to text my phone and try to reprimand me for leaving a badd review, as if I was a child.    Read moreWriting this in the hope that I can receive a straight answer and also so that this wonât happen to anyone else. We purchased a 30 yard dumpster at the price of 499 for two weeks. It has now been in the driveway for three weeks. We have called almost every day this week to see if they would be coming to get it and also to ensure that we are not being charged for extra days as it is $10 a day for everyday you go over the two weeks. We have spoken with Toni and she has insured us that there will be no extra charge for it being here because âit is on their end.â I was also told that there are scheduling problems since a driver quit. When I asked to be put on the pick up schedule for today I was told the logistics guy stepped out. But that I would receive a call back with an answer. That was at 9 this morning. Itâs 3:30 now and they close by 4:30. I would love a call with an answer about pick up. I am now worried this dumpster will never leave our driveway. They will tell you from the beginning the price of the container and the overweight charge.
