I love this place! I have been a customer since 2017. They have an extensive selection of all the things you can think of if you are a smoker and odds and ends... literally I found lactose here, always in stock. I bought my husband a HAND painted wooden box to keep his little kit together, as an anniversary present one year. I'm moving and came across this box still intact and beautiful. He had bought a bong here and a pipe. They are normally a bit cheaper for smokes also. The employees are super welcoming and knowledgeable; and I appreciate that they are so good at letting people who are kind of selfish know that they are busy with a customer and will get to them when they are done. I have had that happen a few times before, that I was getting helped (either on the floor with something or at the counter), and someone a guy just came in and abruptly started to talk to the employee who was helping me. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pushed to the side so that the guy who just walked in could be helped. It was actually this store who set a customer service president for me after that. It used to be my favorite place, id say just deal with the boss, if you deal with anyone else in the building your probley going to get answers you wanna hear, not honest ones most employees here will just try and hustle you, sell you things you dont need or decive you in a way to get you to buy things that are not needed or subpar to up there sales but being crooked or cross about it ive purchased thousands from here just been screwed everytime i dont talk to the boss while im in. Ive bought electric cigarette here that the employee said it didnt come with the battery when i got home checked the company website,it did he pulled out the battery and sold it to me separately. This snake in the grass bullsh!t wont get more money from me.my days of spending a reasonable amount of cash here every year is done hopefully, so is your job...

Amazing service. Impressive selection of glass and quartz pieces & accessories including rigs, water bongs,recyclers,mini rigs,nectar collectors,water pipes, vaporizers, pendants, bangers, tools etc. The owner is always more than willing to help you find what you're looking for and help you get the best value. Everybody that works there is always very welcoming and happy to help explain anything to you and show you anything you might be interested in buying. And the prices are the best in the area BY FAR. They have exclusive pieces that you wont be able to find anywhere else. We are always impressed with the selection. When it comes to glass, at any good smoke shop, you get what you pay for. And this definitely holds true at Ziggy's. Whether we're spending $3, or $3,000, we have never left this shop feeling...
