Claybrook tires had a great experience for us today we did have a slight delay but they were very busy. Lexi in the front office was amazing and sweet and understanding. And Adam working in the bay working on the tires and stuff was very nice and polite and caring and even helped us get water for us to put into the reservoir, as we also checked our oil level and transmission fluid level because we are about to take a road trip to Graham North Carolina to buy a set of ramps. But I highly recommend claybrook tire's in general. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s all the way everyday. They were NOT 🚫 too, too expensive, moderately affordable. Lexi in the front office was so sweet kind caring and amazing a highly recommend her and think that she deserves a bonus or employee of the month i would also like to recognize Adam out there in the bays where you get your tires changed. He was so very polite and considerate well-mannered understanding patient just all together a great experience with these two employees Miss Lexi and Mr Adam, I do want to say they both, deserve recognition, employee of the month a bonus maybe a gift card or cash in a card a free lunch something because they went above and beyond and did a very good job and we are very pleased and we will highly recommend claybrook tires in the future especially with Miss Lexi and Mr Adam. Those two right there are what made our experience beyond five stars and we'll have our business again and again and again in the future. Stopped in one Saturday morning to get a tire balanced. The tech was very good and discovered that the tire was separated. Also found two more. So I ordered a new set of tires. Tried calling the next week several times. Once in the morning and in the afternoon. No answer nor a phone call to let me know that the tires had arrived. Great service. I had an appointment to get my car inspected and then my daughter's the next day. They started on it as soon as I got there and it was done quickly and thoroughly.
