LOT 2540 — Local services in Stoneville

I recently found a wonderful place, This store in Mayodan. NC is a god send area, besides clothing, and the usual thrift shop oddities and goodies, it has a Cafe on Fridays starting at 12 pm and it's a community lunch. Which means that anyone can dine because it's free. Lovely people work here and are very helpful, and they have great attitudes. Also,this lot has a market in which you can receive a cart after you sign up with a employee and get a ticket, after your number is called you can shop at the in house market. The also have a food pantry on Saturdays starting at 9am until they run out, please bring a legal form of ID. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and planning to return on my next off day. Good...

The people are nice and they do feed a lot of people. Considering how much I donate I’m not happy at all ! About what the people are eating there. Bologna sandwich’s soaking wet because they’re putting wet fruit in the trays. Barbecue chicken was old chicken had definitely expired. I know because i always wanted to know how the money was being used. In my opinion not good at all. Just because people are having a hard time he in life doesn’t mean they should be feed like animals! You never know...

Two identical bad experiences with the same employee..David. The 2nd even after I complained to management. Rude, inconsiderate and beligerant. When my husband went in to talk to him about how I was treated, he was told " Then don't come in on Tuesdays because that is when I work" . Clearly no one there cares about customer service or return business. No response from home office when I emailed them about how I was treated. He wins..not only will I not come in on Tuesdays....I will never shop...
