Although my son had a protection plan on his computer, it was going to take weeks to mail it away and get it back, and he couldn't be without his computer in grad school that long. My son's school friend recommended Dan who had previously repaired his computer. We dropped the computer off with Dan one day and it was repaired and ready to be picked up the next day. He was very knowledgeable, prompt in providing estimates, answering questions by phone and text and documentation for everything. The computer was repaired and tuned up as well. My external hard drive stopped being recognized on my laptop and I could not access any of the files. Dan was so quick to find a time for me to drop it off so that he could take a look at it. He was able to recover all of my data, and transfer it all to a new external hard drive. I felt much more comfortable working with Dan as opposed to dropping it at some unknown company or mailing it off somewhere.
