Can't think of a worse place to live. In the middle of no where. Not even a basic pizza place near by to go to. To get to a simple Walmart or grocery store (a Giant, which only sells rotten produce, but that is for another review) you have to get on the highway. Besides those two stores the next closest stores are all a 20+ minute drive to Hanover. Have to buy one small item? I hope you like spending 40 minutes driving because good luck finding it anywhere close by. There is no Costco or BJ's and the closest restaurant has been closed and boarded up for what looks like years. Also they have 500 acres of land to build on so why the hell are all the houses so close together?? I hope you don't enjoy sunlight or a nice breeze in the Fall/Spring because the houses next to you block out all light and fresh air. If you love staring at siding and being able to lean out the window to touch the house next to you then you might actually enjoy living here. Considering the climate crisis, a record month of heat all over the country, and limited resources, why are they wasting water on... grass? Green grass serves absolutely no purpose other than looking nice. It is not a necessity that should be prioritized given the expense both economically and...

While our new home is under construction she has sent us photos and called us numerous times with updates thru this process. The home screams quality and the materials are above average. We close on the 23rd of April and are looking forward to many happy years...
Read moreThey are still building, and will be for quite some time, but it looks like it will be a wonderful community with loads of amenities. Clubhouse, Dog park, Farmers Market, walking paths, and so much more. The roads are nice and wide, so even if people park on both sides, someone else can drive down the middle. We have more places to search before we decide on a retirement home, but this one is definitely very...
