Terrible experience at this place! Placed a decent sized order and one of them was a chicken ceasar wrap without Ceasar dressing but it unfortunately had Cesar on it when I checked in the car. So I went back in and explained the situation very politely and just asked if they could replace. The young girl at the counter was very nice and so was one other older lady. A lady in the corner maybe 50-60 who works there had quite a few eye rolls and things to say. She yells what’s going on from the corner and asks the lady what was going on and she proceeds to explain. She immediately looks disgusted and I explained there’s not even an option to add Cesar dressing as it’s already a Cesar wrap but it said Cesar’s dressing on my receipt. There’s 3 options to remove things, one of them being Cesar dressing( which I clicked to remove)and the others Parmesan and croutons. I explain that to her and she comes back with “is it a special” . First of all shouldn’t you know?? I proceed to say yes and she goes yeah it’s not supposed to be changed. I then proceed to say again that there’s multiple options to remove things! And she responds with “it’s not even a Cesar wrap at that point it’s a chicken finger sub” and continues to roll her eyes. On top of her trying to make me seem like I was in the wrong they forgot my macaroni salad and acting extremely annoyed that I was bothering them over there mistake. Extremely disappointed as I was very nice from the beginning and just asked simply if they could remake it. The whole time the lady in the corner rolling her eyes and pretty much huffin and puffin over the issue. Terrible experience as my family eats here a lot. I will never order from this place again. First and last time ordering from this newly opened pizza/market. Not only was our order not cooked, we were given the wrong order. That took 15 more minutes in the oven, so the rest of our order sat and got soggy. Was told "accidents happen" by staff, and though that's true, take responsibility and remake all the food that cost us $45. If you're paying that much for steak bomb that had its end just dry bread, pizza crust that lacks everything you want in a pizza crust being flat and rubbery, and fries you expect better. Two people would have went home with the wrong order if it wasn't coming to one house, so they had to stand there waiting with the rest of food getting gross.
