Don't let the size fool you, it is home town hardware with excellent customer service and KNOWLEDGE. Not just a minimum wage job it's their business and it shows. We have dealt with Stormers several times since moving to the area a couple months ago. This place has some of the most helpful, knowledgeable people who are kind enough to make casual conversation and give us local info, even when it's not something they're getting paid for. They've also ordered things for us when we needed parts that they didn't have in stock. We love having a locally owned place with a hometown feel - that's hard to find in Knoxville....

I go here for anything and everything I need for home improvements, yard work, tools, or just simple little things I know they have. I'm a huge fan of small businesses and Dusty and the rest of the staff is always helpful and points me in the right direction, even when I go there and say I dont know the name of something but give them a description they always know what it is.
