There's a big disconnect between facility and drivers. 5 stars for security though, helpful as they're allowed to be. Appt was for 0800-2200, but security told me they have until 0000 to fill order, and it would probably be at last minute before load ready but I could check back every 3 hours. Problem is there's no phone number to call, and nearest parking 7 miles away. And if load not ready by 0000, no problems, they'll put it on the next business day so they don't have to pay detention, ever. Plenty of maneuver room once inside. Heavy loads, I was 35600 on drives and 31000 on trailer, barely met weight with tandems forward but I'm allowed 34500 because of apu. Total...

I ve been here many times for delivery I ve never had any issues....this time I had a Delivery appointment On Sunday morning @ 9 am , made it here Saturday evening they got me emty . Follow SR 654 all the way til it comes to dead end and it will automatically lead you straight to entrance , pull up to guard shack, slide tandems to back .
