Lenny and his team were INCREDIBLE at our wedding on 9/23. The weather was horrid and we had to make last minute changes, which made them have to change their set up and be subject to the cold weather, as our wedding was in a tent and they weren’t always in the heated part :(. The food was so delicious! Our guests are still complimenting how great the food was, even weeks later. We got the “Norton Buffet” menu option and a few hors d'oeuvres. Everything was well portioned, prepared and so tasty. I know the food always stands out at a wedding, and boy did Lenny and his team deliver. If you’re looking for catering for any event, stop looking and talk to Lenny! He himself was a pleasure to work with and made the process so easy for us. The prices are super reasonable as well and for the food they make, it’s 150% worth every penny. We had a decent amount of hiccups on our big day, as all weddings have, but one hiccup we did NOT have was the food. Could not have been happier with our choice to go with Hearthstone Market & Catering. We hired Hearthstone Catering for my wedding at Hyland Orchard, as they are Hyland's preferred caterer. We requested a custom menu and the chef did a great job listening to our requests and honored most of them. The prices were very reasonable for their standard catering menu. We requested some custom items, and that resulted in an increase in price (which we understood and were fine with)

However, the communication with Hearthstone was very disorganized and difficult. There were many times where we were looking for information, where we could not get in touch with catering staff for months and we were stressed out. It is a small, family run business and that is why we wanted to overlook the communication issues. We are the type of customers who tip 20% no matter how bad the service at a restaurant is. We really try to be understanding.

The times where we have went to Hearthstone to buy pre-made meals from the storefront, I felt the food was good. I certianly wouldn't discourage buying from their storefront, but, I think their catering side needs a lot of...

Gluten/Dairy Free - AWESOME!!

WOW, I stopped in today randomly to see what they had for gluten/dairy free meals. I had a bunch of options and easily filled a bag with a few meals.

Stuffed cabbage - perfection :) this was really good and they tuned the sauce a bit and its awesome, If you haven't tried them recently give it a go :)

The grilled herb chicken and veggie is really good and now has a family meal size one too I think.

The stuffed pepper - See stuffed cabbage = its delicious

Oh the spaghetti squash with meat sauce was surprisingly good and will be a regular staple for me.

I didn't have my cooler with me tonight or I would have filled it.
