We recently had the pleasure of leaving our beloved dog, Otter Lou, at Woofers Pet Resort for 3 doggy daycare days during our vacation in South Dakota, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Woofers is a top-notch facility. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine love for animals, instantly putting us at ease. Otter Lou, who can be a bit shy, was immediately excited and comfortable, which was a huge relief. Days 2 & 3 Otter Lou was wagging his tail with excitement at the entrance and didn't even look back to worry about us. He was thrilled to be there!

The resort itself is immaculate and well-organized, with plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. We appreciated the clean, secure environment and the attention to detail in every aspect of their care.

Throughout our stay, we received video updates of Otter Lou having a blast and learning to play with other dogs. It was evident that he was in great hands and enjoying every moment.

What truly sets Woofers apart is their exceptional customer service and genuine passion for what they do. The team went above and beyond to ensure Otter Lou felt at home, and their dedication and professionalism were apparent in everything they did.

5 Stars for Woofer's Pet Resort! Best doggie daycare and doggie boarding we've every experienced at a very reasonable price! The entire staff is made up of terrific professionals, who go the extra mile to provide loving, personalized care to the dogs they board. They greet you personally when you drop off your dog and escort them right from your car. They send you a video each day (whether they are in doggie daycare or being boarded) so you never have to worry or wonder if your pup is happy and having a good time. We hung on those videos each day, as they gave us assurance she was happy and getting great care while we were away. There facility is also very clean and modern, and the kennel are was a peaceful atmosphere for the dogs – no loud barking, but rather calm surroundings. We utilized their doggie daycare several times, and were so pleased with the doggie socialization our pup received. When we picked her up each day she was worn out in the best way from all the healthy stimulation and playtime she received. We recently did a cross country road trip from PA to SD to visit family and tour the area. Woofers kept our sweet Sadie for 11 nights during our trip. They were so accommodating, starting with excellent communication from my very first email asking about their services, up until the minute we picked her up. They sent daily videos so we could see what she was up to. We were unsure how Sadie would do with other dogs, so they slowly introduced her to the other dogs in the group, first with leash and muzzle, then just muzzle, then no leash - and took videos of the progress. She did great, and I loved how they talked us through everything over the videos. We couldn't be happier! I wish that they were in PA so we could take Sadie there every time we go on vacation!
