I stopped in to inquire about having my park model re-leveled as it was sagging about 3" from front to rear, and a few inches from side to side. Dena said that they do re-leveling as long as they had originally installed the trailer. I told her the section and lot number, right away she said "is that a Breckenridge? I'm almost certain we sold and installed it"! She checked her records and sure enough, they installed it 20 years ago. She also had all the records of what they had done since the initial delivery in the file! What a wealth of knowledge. She told me it would be a few weeks to get the estimate due to her husband having been recently injured, which I was OK with. Not having any idea how much this would cost, I had a dollar figure that I was willing to pay, and hoped it would be within my budget. Stopped by to look at replacement trailers as our current trailer was destroyed by a Tornado. The staff was not very helpful. We were told to go look around on our own and the doors are unlocked. When we finally found a trailer we very much liked we asked what the policy is for holding it until our insurance cut a check. We were told they only hold for a week and take a 100 dollar refundable deposit. We attempted to negotiate leaving a large non refundable deposit as we really liked the unit but we were told "we don't do that" needless to say we ended up at a nearby competitor T&R and they were very helpful and accommodating. They took a deposit and held the unit for 2 weeks until we were paid out...

Beware!!!!!!!!! As a customer of that parking lot I hate to inform that my camper was robbed of a few very important things and I discovered that while towing the camper out of there. Towing of course was a struggle due to the robbed latching hooks and gear needed for that so image my frustration. I am glad my camper was not parked there for a long time because now I might have be camper less. The worst of all is that you pay money for service but no one is liable for all the stolen stuff. Huge disappointment. Please be cautious when parking there if you must use that lot. If you have a choice I would steer clear...
