My husband and I have bought several new cars over the years. We have always dreaded going "car shopping" because of the high pressure salesmen that jumped on us as soon as we entered the lot. Then, after the task of deciding on which vehicle to buy there was the hassle of the paperwork. Then came the offers for extended warranty, the protection plans and all the money grubbing possibilities the salesmen can throw at you. Over all it was a very stressful task. Then we discovered Vaessen Brothers Chevrolet. From the moment we drove onto their lot we knew this was going to be different. There was no rush, no hassle, no breathing down our necks and we actually ENJOYED ourselves. This is a home town-family run business, and it is the best by far. I highly recommend them. Dealership is excellent! Its the constant issue with my new truck thats the problem. I have been having to take that truck into the dealership about 5 times because of computer resets or recalls with the check engine light. This truck only has a little over 14,000 miles on it and this type of stuff should not happen. I have thought about going back to Ford or trying Dodge (1st time) if Chevy does not make this right. I shouldn’t have to worry about technology issues on a 2019 Silverado Trailboss. This should fall under the lemon law and I should receive a swap or a free extended warranty for at least up to 6 yrs 100,000mi.
