I was emailed a threatening email about my order which soiled my experience here. This was my second purchase. I took in some long sleeve shirts (in the summer) to add my business logo to. I was traveling in Q2 and Q3 for business. At the beginning of the quarter, I explained it over the phone that I would pick up my order when my traveling brought me back to Suffolk where my office is (not sure who it was that called and they said ok). My order was for only $96 even after I supplied my own 4 t-shirts. That was no problem. The empty threatening email I received if I did not pay for my order ASAP or I would be reported to the credit was wild. I explained that I would pay when I pick them up. I never had to pay before hand when I purchased before. (still not a problem, it was the random threat). The owner went back and fourth via email with threats instead of asking nicely or simply speaking to me like a human or fellow business owner. I explained that that's not how credit works and I should have been explained to pay when I dropped off the shirts if that was the policy. The owner was also critical because I don't have a brick and mortor business where she can just walk into my office. (I am glad I dont for that simple fact) I have 20+ years customer experience and client solution and I have never experienced this from a small business owner before. They where friendly and helpful to me and had good products to sell. I bought two bags and got my name on them and love it. She explained how embroidery and screen printing works to me so i understand the difference. She also explained about how digitizing works and how you can shrink only 10 percent to keep the quality.
