I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered one item. I then asked the person taking my order if they were on the lunch menu, as I wasn't aware of what time the menu changed. I had to clear my throat a little bit in order to speak because I had lost my voice the previous day. So when I asked that, my voice cracked a little and I apologized and asked again. This person then came back to me with such a vicious attitude telling me "You don't need to talk to me that way" and snarled again with, "WE ARE ON LUNCH!!" I caps that because that is the way they talked to me. I said I will be up to the window to speak to your manager. I pull up in tears, it's been a long week and I couldn't believe someone would verbally attack me like this. My 10 year old daughter was sitting next to me in shock too. I explained what happened and this woman didn't even care. She just proceeded to what do you want to order.. I am sitting in the window bawling and you give me attitude too.. She then snapped back with no care in the world that she didn't have her headset turned on so she doesn't know what was said. Why am I sitting in your window, you can clearly see that I am brought to tears by the situation, but you don't care. She then gave me a total for my order and I told her I am not paying for these cinnamon minis and she should be ashamed of herself for allowing her employees to treat people that way. I am not a mean person, I am super easy to deal with and I wasn't rude in the slightest via intercom. So this "manager" rolled her eyes at me as I was trying to hand her cash and said just take it. Of course we couldn't even eat them because they were so dry and hard, which they obviously did ON PURPOSE.
This place is trash and the last stop before I was at my destination. I am still in disbelief that you allow such behavior. I don't have much of it and I am blessed when I have a few extra bucks.. But not at the expense of my daughter seeing her mother brought to absolute tears due to reckless behavior and people who are so unhappy with themselves that they have to break other people down.

My two Whopper Juniors did not match the picture whatsoever literally a slither of onion didn't taste good because it was missing all the topics and the lettuce quality was not that great. This location charges $0.99 more for the $5 deal and you get maybe half that value when it comes to the quality of the food I recommend going to a actual local restaurant versus this location which is a franchise, the owner this restaurant should feel ashamed of themselves for allowing such food to be served and then showing a picture of something completely different.
Run far away from this restaurant The owners just don't care and corporation didn't care either because I used the word d a m n. If your employees are not going to do the job they sign the contract for, then don't hire them.

Read moreWent there with my parents went into the lobby to order and eat stood at the register waiting for 15 min with my mother and disabled father. Was told be right with you. Meanwhile the other cashier is taking drive through orders and the cashier working the front only wants to pack for drive through and not take our order. Eventually we went through the drive thru and when got to the speaker to order was told again we will be right with you. In total I waited 40 min. Before my order was taken and recieved my food. I was surprised because I know the manager that runs the store and she runs a tight ship I know I used to work for her at another Burger King. I have never had such bad service from this store before nor had bad service till the other day. Before anything is said yes they were fully staffed that day and no they weren't that busy either maybe three cars in drive thru no one in lobby.
