Last year I ordered a half a beef from these guys. I got very few steaks, in fact! I got enough roast to supply an LDS Church for Sunday dinners for a year. The stakes I did get absolutely sucked! Do not waste your money here. Do not! They do not give you even cuts of meat but should be off of a half a beef! I have since moved on to a different butcher. The beef jerky here used to be amazing, but they changed their recipe and started to cure it with sugar. I don’t know if this was to increase the weight of the product to reduce costs but the new product is no better than Jack Links and worse than Oh Boy Oberto.
