I was introduced to EDS by a friend that had already had a positive experience. Since that time, I have used EDS repeatedly for personal needs. They helped my wife's business by separating one building of computerized offices into several small independent offices securely. They helped my wife select a new computer for her business and personal needs and then transferred the files.

EDS is owned and operated by its president, Matt Kluppel. Matt was educated in technology and then it became his passion. He has worked in this capacity for the federal government doing top secret jobs and had a security clearance accordingly. Matt does so much more than fixing and helping out with computers. He's a technology genius. He can install cameras and all kinds of technology to make your home or office secure when you're not present. Most of all he's honest, ethical and has integrity.

AMAZING Customer Service! I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I took my laptop to him that I accidentally dropped off my bed with the charger in it (whoops). He gave me a fair price to fix it and his honest opinion that I would be better off just using an external keyboard with my computer. Even though just charging me for the repair is what most people would do as opposed to giving me other options. On top of all that he was able to get it looked at and quote me on the same day! He even cleaned the inside of my computer since he already had it open and did not even charge me. Will definitely be going back if anything happens to any of my computers...

This review is written by Jim Bluemle using my wife’s Google account. At any rate, I brought Matt a nine year old slow operating laptop. He installed a new hard drive and the machine functions like new. Among other fixes and adjustments he tuned up and thoroughly cleaned the laptop and promised to take a second look at one particular problem should it persist after the work he has done. I was kept informed via text messages regarding his work which was completed in a couple of days. His charge for the work was quite reasonable. Needless to say, I’m completely satisfied and will return to Matt for any future computer issues, and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends...
