These are just good people. I brought my boat to them with a problem that they thought they solved. I picked it up a week later and took it to the water to find that it wasn't fixed. I called and they had me bring it straight back to them. I thought I was going to drop it off, but no. They worked tirelessly to chase down the problem with my bass boat (it turned out to be two unrelated problems) for hours without an appointment and got me back on the water. Chatted with me and made me feel at home and even listened patiently to my dumb-customer suggestions. They have done all of my work and maintenance for several years now and not only are they fantastic mechanics, they are just outstanding people that I like...

Called while I was on a fishing trip and had a prop disaster. Chip was very nice on the phone, walked me through getting the information he needed, was very patient with me. Given the circumstances of my trip, Chip offered to check and find a used prop for me to get through my fishing weekend. He was unable to find one. He seemed genuinely bummed that he couldn't help me out. While I didn't buy anything, that interaction shows me how much Chip does for his customers. If I were closer to him, he'd have all my boating business....

My Minn Kota Ultrex wouldn't turn so I called and talked to Ryan about my issue. He said bring it down and let me look at it. He managed to diagnose it as soon as I got there and had the parts to fix it in stock which was a huge plus to not be weeks off the water and squeezed me in his tight schedule. Left it there on Friday and got a call Monday morning saying it's fixed and ready to go. Great service and very thankful for his quick turn around time for a tournament angler needing back...
