Dollar General — Local services in Sullivan

Had the worst experience I've ever had at this location in Bethany. It was absolutely freezing in the store asked a guy working where I could put my cart so I could warm up and get my jacket. Came back in and it was gone I asked several employees nobody knew anything, the district manager was even there. So I asked her, Angie Wells if she could review the cameras so we could figure this out, She rudely told me no and walked away. Angie wasn't pleasant from the moment I walked in and all of the employees were walking on eggshells because they were so scared of her. Apparently the items she was having employees put in her car weren't enough. I would have been more than happy to share, but stealing my cart is crossing the line. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard anything back from the regional manager after reporting the incident to corporate. I've called the store several times to even try to speak to the store manager to get it resolved, but I guess answering the phone isn't part of their job. Looks like I will be regularly making that drive to Bethany until resolved and the items are replaced. Sad this miserable woman is a face of Dollar General. Do better. No stars wasn't an option so be thankful...

I love this Dollar General! It's clean. The staff are friendly and sorry if I'm being judgemental on this....but they don't look like they are on meth or crack. It's a little over stuffed, but still organised. I find good stuff here as well as the usual stuff and good prices, and not the usual things. I have not liked shopping at DG in the past, they have been dirty, overcrowded, and the staff leaves allot to be desired. But this...
