Every time I have gone they are out of most of their breads even though it's 6:30 in the evening and they have changed their hours to close at 8pm even on Friday and Saturday. My husband went up there at 7:45 and the door was locked and could see the person in there. They just looked at him and went on doing what they were doing ignoring him. Typically love it here but tonight we tried to run in 10 minutes before they're supposed to close and the doors were locked. By the time the employee answered, because we watched her walk up and look at the phone and walk away from it, it was 3 minutes before they closed and she was rude and told us her clock said closing time.
