Over a week ago we purchased a Brand New Loveseat with a Console. They deliver it out and we noticed that the left side was hard to close when being reclined. We thought okay this is new let's see if that works out. It didn't. I called the store and spoke to the manager and she said that they would make it right. Because it was just a week old. So she had someone come out and look at it to see if it could be fixed and they it could. So they ordered the part and I still have not heard from them. So we decided we did not want this Loveseat we are well with in the 30 day return policy and we are told. No they got their money that we needed to take it up with the finance company. So the Manager said she would make it right but refused to do what we wanted was to switch to a different brand new loveseat. But we were told no. This is not right when you buy something new we expect to be working . Not a lemon like in this case. We have bought several items from there before bedroom suit, mattresses couch loveseat table chairs and have not had a problem until now. When the manager says she is going to make it right I feel that should happen. We will not do business with them anymore because they do not stand behind...

Went to M & M looking for a La-Z-Boy recliner. I live in the DFW metroplex and have been shopping for quite some time. I thought the DFW stores were rather over the top with their prices. I found that to be true when I went to M & M. I saved a LOT of money for the same chair I found and wanted from the La-Z-Boy showrooms in DFW. The employees were very polite, and they let you shop without following you around the store. When I had questions they were happy to help.
