The older lady came out with a scowl on her face, went straight to the sink and washed her hands, put on the gloves, opened the lid, all with never greeting or acknowledging me. Then she says, "what can I get for you?" The guy comes out right behind her and he never greets me either. Read moreWalking into this subway was shocking. The tables were all dirty and there was food and crumbs all over the floors and table tops. The drink station was also not clean. There were flies everywhere. I counted 13 flies in a single chair. The woman making my sandwich was being trained and did well however the man with the long hair training her wasn't doing much to help her and was more busy talking with another employee standing in line behind us than he was about helping the customers and the new hire. She is generally kind to every customer that comes in super welcoming and is by far the best thing that has happened to Subway. I live in Yantis and used to go to the subway over there because it’s closer to my house but one trip to the subway and this is now my favorite shop I drive all the way to Sulphur Springs just to eat here and it’s mainly because of Amanda.
