So it’s story time !! my husband had flowers delivered to me on my birthday March 11 that he ordered for me. The guy name scott which is the owner that delivered the bouquet of flowers as well as the teddy bear and the candy pulled up to my resident when me and My Son was getting ready to leave so I grabbed the bouquet of flowers and placed them in my home when I got back I noticed that the bouquet of flowers Were dead ‼️‼️ What was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers they came in dead. The only thing that was pretty on the bouquet was the roses that was it I have called the company to let them know that the flower arrangement that I receive was dead and that the only thing on them that was beautiful was the roses I have reached out to the company to let them know and a guy name scott that picked up the phone stated that the flowers were alive I stated sir those flowers are dead and Scott stated ma’am those are not dead. That is how they look and I stated to him those flowers are dead. My grandmother has owned the flower shop all her life and I used to work for her. those are dead flowers. My grandmother would never push nothing like that out of her flower shop again. Those are dead flowers so he tells me back-and-forth that is how they supposed to look and again I told him those are dead flowers. The man stated he was gonna send me out another bouquet of flowers on the next day, which was March 12 March 12 came by and I have not received my bouquet of flowers so I waited until close to business closure that day and have not received my arrangement. I reached out to him that evening and and I stated when are they going to arrive with my bouquet of flowers he told me ma’am I’m waiting on the arrival of lilies and when they come in, I will have it delivered so on today, March 20 I contacted him and asked him what was the update on delivering my bouquet of flowers and he asked me what flowers and I said the flowers that was delivered to my home that was dead. He then proceeds to tell me again. Those were not dead flowers and you know those were not dead flowers so at this point, I knew that he was a lie he was never waiting on Lilies to arrive to replace my bouquet of flowers. I did not want to bash the company about this. I was trying to let him fix what was messed up but now since he’s playing games, I have now decided that I will blast his company for this poor service. Whatever you do do not order flowers from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my grandmother will never push anything out her flower shop looking the way it was looking you have been exposed ‼️‼️‼️ And I’m not deleting this n dont pull up to my home Trying to make it rite after u see this

I hate to write less than reviews on any business. But I feel the need to this time. I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement for my wife for her birthday . I went on the website picked out the one I wanted and before purchasing. I called to make sure there would be no issues with delivery and product bc I was just told by another flower shop they were out of some of the flowers they needed for the arrangement.. I was told there were no issues .. Well my wife calls me to let me know she got them and they made her day. I don't buy flowers often. So I ask her to send me a picture of them. When I received the picture I was in shock . The arrangement they sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. I called the flower shop and explained who I was and ask why they didn't send what I ordered. The lady tells me they didn't have the enough flowers to fill the order. I said when I called why didn't you tell me this . She said sorry can I send her another arrangement tomorrow . I said no she won't be there tomorrow. She said I'll refund your money . And she did . That's why I gave only 3 stars instead of less. Highly upset can't believe she didn't call me before...

Ordered an arrangement several days ago through FTD.

Whoever the delivery driver was that was making the delivery for Unique did not attempt to hand deliver the arrangement to the recipient (who was home) at the door. Instead, they placed the arrangement inside an outdoor postal/package box at the road that holds heat, and mind you we are in the middle of summer. By the time the arrangement was found, it was too far gone and did not survive the rest of the day.

I called FTD and they assured me that Unique would redeliver the arrangement the next day and provided them with an additional phone number to ensure that they would contact someone before attempting the delivery. Well they did not attempt to contact anyone and instead tried to deliver anyway when the recipient wasn’t home.

I called FTD again to setup yet another delivery attempt for the following day. On this third day, Unique did not attempt to deliver or contact the recipient at all.

I had to end up filing a dispute and getting a refund.

All in all Unique Designs gets an F for their customer service and ability to properly deliver flowers.
