Food Lion has been my go-to grocery store for quite some time now, and I must say, they have some fantastic offerings that keep me coming back. One of the highlights is their delicious premade burgers made with a delightful blend of half beef and pork. These burgers are absolutely mouthwatering and worth trying!

Additionally, I appreciate their commitment to selling fruit trees once a year outside the store. It's a lovely touch, and I enjoy browsing through their selection when the time comes. It adds a unique and refreshing aspect to the shopping experience.

While Food Lion excels in various areas, there have been instances when they can be a bit slow in terms of checkout lines or restocking shelves. However, what sets them apart is that even during busy times, they manage to come through and provide the products I need.

Once again management ignores the backed up lines at the registers!! 2 registers open, lines backed up to the isles, 2 people at customer service and the on-duty manger is in the back talking with someone who seemed to be upper management. I directly looked up the isle at them and what did they do? Moved so we didn't have eye contact! When I looked down the isle they moved to to try and get their attention they walked into the back! The person at the register called for assistance 3 times while I was standing there and she received zero response. Disgusting! This was at 10:30 on a Friday, November 10th. The customer service in this store is atrocious. Nevermind I am still using my temporary rewards card which I have had for 6 months because the corp. office can't seem to get it together either.
