Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Summerville

I really dislike this location, they advertise “hot and ready” and every time I come I have to wait 5 sometimes 10 minutes. When I go to the Bacons bridge location I can order 3 pizzas at a time and they are always ready!! I came here and ordered one pizza, one and had to wait 3 minutes they said and I’ve been here for 5 minutes already!! My husband and I are headed out and didn’t have time to wait, I expected to just come grab one pizza to take home to our son and still had to wait!! We came here once and our pizza was under cooked, I actually got sick, called them and they asked me to bring the pizza back and they would replace it, I didn’t even bother!! I’ve had pizza that I had to wait on before that was supposed to be hot and ready, get home and it’s dark and over cooked , can they just get it together?! I keep trying to give them chances, but I’m over it, I will just start driving to Main Street to Pizza Hut and paying the couple extra dollars for pizza made the correct way, I call ahead and my pizza is always ready when I get there!! Cheaper isn’t always better.... this is the last straw, I will...

Less about the store and more about the customer service department. The guys at the store were awesome in understanding. Placed my order threw the little caesers app, says delivery time 5:12; 5:15 roles around still no pizza call the store pizza is still there was never picked up. Guys have to cancel delivery threw door dash fine great did that. Sat on hold got that handled. Got patched threw to customer service they refused to give me my money back because I canceled my order with door dash at 5:25 really? How long was I supposed to make my kids wait to eat? So I then had to get them in the car which I was avoiding because I didn't feel well (hence have the pizza delivered) still don't, eat pizza that's been in a warming oven for 45 minutes because I couldn't get my money back. On top of having to pay the door dash delivery fee. This will be the last time my family eats little caesers, as well as anything to do...

I highly do not recommend this location for future orders, manager doesn’t seem to care about the poor quality and customer service the location provides. Nothing was done to rectify the below situation. You shouldn’t have to recook your food entirely at home after ordering for pick up. Stuffed Pretzel crust pizza that was ordered looks nothing like pretzel crust on the little Caesar website. Pizza that was ordered was returned and a new pizza was made incorrectly with cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce like the original order. The replaced pizza was brought home and then found to be raw and extremely doughy prior to my family beginning to eat. No refund could be given at the store, but was instead referred to corporate where I had to wait on hold for an hour and still haven’t reached anyone (waiting for a call back).
