Azalea Ridge is advertised as being part of Summer's Corner but there's quite a drive between what Lennar is calling the Village in Summer's Corner and where Azalea Ridge starts. This is an interesting planned development. The developer/builder has promised some cool stuff so if that comes through fruition it should be pretty nice. I'm told the schools that are nearby, some of them actually adjacent to the neighborhood, are good.
